An investment corporation for the communications in Lebanon

The Lebanese Cabinet started took the preliminary procedures for establishing an investment corporation for communications that would replace the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications.
Hesham Demashkeh, Lebanon's ambassador in Cairo, said today that the Lebanese Cabinet decided to establish a corporation for communications like France Telecom. The new communications corporation would tackle all projects for establishing, equipping, and maintaining the Lebanese communications sector.
