Zeroual confirms neutrality toward all nominees for Algerian presidency

Algerian President Liamine Zeroual confirmed his neutrality toward all those who are nominated for the presidential elections which are to be held in April, saying that he will work for respecting and guaranteeing the purity of the elections being a fair judge between the nominees, calling on Algerian political factions to help this election succeed.

Zeroual referred to the work that the committee has to perform, referring also to its important role in regulating free and honest elections.

This committee includes representatives of the parties participating in the elections and human rights organizations which are considered one of the election's mechanisms.
