Syrian defense minister's doctorate discussed at French university

A well-informed French source told the London-based al-Hayat daily that Syrian defense minister Lt. Gen. Mustafa Tlass who is also the deputy premier will discuss his "doctorate research" on the Syrian strategy within the few coming months in Paris. The tradition pursued in the Sorbonne is that defending "the doctorate research" arranged in open sessions to students and audiences concerned.
