The United Nations Security Council yesterday reiterated its recognition of Iraqi and Kuwaiti sovereignty and borders according to SCC resolutions. The council discussed the future of UNSCOM and devising a practical monitoring and verification plan, council president Celso Amorim of Brazil said.
