458 million pound for developing the project of Abu Tartour's phosphate

The Egyptian ministry of industry decided to develop the project of Abu Tarour's phosphate at an estimated cost of 458 million pounds and to convert it to an integrated industrial zone.
The project comprises assemblies for fertilizers production with a capacity of 200 thousand tons of phosphate fertilizers and 500 thousand tons of other fertilizers.
Chinese companies are going to participate in establishing these assemblies with the special equipment of this project being manufactured in Egypt and China.
