Rolls Royce negotiates to manage Port Said harbor

The British company Rolls Royce presented an offer to manage Port Said harbor for 25 years with the BOT system according to the conditions set forth by the Egyptian Ministry of Transportation, which received the offer.
Ehab Serour, the executive manager for the Egyptian - British group, told businessmen that the project of Port Said harbor was one of the projects presented by Egypt at the meetings of the Egyptian - British businessmen's council which were held in London recently, during which projects valued at $14 million were raised.
Serour refused to reveal the value of the harbor's costs amount to 2.3 billion dollar.
Serour added that the British companies pay a special concern for investments in Egypt especially in the basic structure projects run by BOT system.
