Qaddoumi: Netanyahu is a criminal

The head of the PLO political department, Farouk Qaddoumi described Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a criminal who doesn't respect the international will, international law, the United States and denies all signed agreements.
He also said "We are exerting the utmost efforts to create peace and stability in the region," specifically citing an Arab attempt to be balanced and settle Arab disputes.
Moreover, Qaddoumi denied that Arafat has delayed the declaration of a Palestinian state because of the coming Israeli elections.
