Arab ministers of the interior to meet in Amman

The council of the Arab ministers of the interior will hold 16th session on January 29 - 31 in Amman, Jordan.

A statement issued on Tuesday by the council's general secretariat said the agenda of the session includes a set of important topics, such as the report of the council's general secretary on the secretariat's activities between the 15th and 16th sessions and the report submitted by Saudi Minister of the Interior Nayef Bin Abdul Aziz on the activities carried out by " Nayef Arab Academy for Security sciences."

The council is also due to discuss several annual reports dealing with the implementation of the third Arab security plan, the second plan of the Arab strategy for fighting the illegal use of drugs, the Arab strategy for fighting terrorism and the Arab information plan for security awareness and protection from crimes.
