Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Othman Ismael has asserted that Ethiopia and Sudan are seeking to improve their bilateral relations. Ismail said in a statement to the weekly "Reporter" bulletin issued in Amhari, the language of Ethiopia, on Monday that since last year gradual tangible results have been attained.
