Arabs in Kuwait plot to provoke riots

Kuwaiti security forces arrested some 25 persons of an Arab nationality and confiscated from them publications urging a revolution against the United States and against the ruling regime in Kuwait.
The Kuwaiti daily al-Rai al-Am which published the news on Monday quoted well-informed security sources in Kuwait as saying that the 25 arrested persons admitted that they are a cell recruited by the Iraqi government to start riots and destabilize security and stability in Kuwait.
The sources stated that the embassy of the Arab country which the 25-member cell are from was briefed on the investigation process.
