Arafat confers with Kissinger

Palestinian President Yasser Arafat met on Sunday night with former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger who arrived in Israel to take part in the annual meeting of the Shimon Peres peace center. Discussions between Arafat and Kissinger dealt with Israeli-Palestinian negotiations.
