Syrian 1998 exports, imports via Tartous port

Since the beginning of 1998 until the end of November 1998 some 1,211 ships anchored at the Syrian port of Tartous. Amounts of imported and exported items for the same period were 4,159,494 tonnes, including the importation of some 1,316,242 tonnes of phosphate and 278,630 tonnes of cereals. Another 284,275 tonnes of cereals were exported, while 160,414 tonnes as transit and 2,119,943 of various commodities.
