Official Arab diplomatic sources stated yesterday that communications will take place between Cairo and selected Arab capitals to discuss a proposal for convening an Arab mini-summit that aims at removing the obstacles that face convening a full Arab summit. The sources expected that this mini-summit would be held in the first half of the coming February and include Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Palestine.
