Arafat to Blair: We implemented our commitments in Wye accord

Palestinian President Yasser Arafat emphasized in a written message he sent to British Prime Minister Tony Blair that the Palestinian government implemented its commitments listed in the Wye River accord.
Arafat repeated his call for the Israeli government to commit to its pledges, especially regarding redeployment, freeing captives, opening a secure passage, stopping its confiscation of Palestinian lands and stopping the building of settlements so final status negotiations can be resumed to reach a fair solution to the substantial delayed issues before the end of the transitional stage.
