Israeli-Turkish trade exchange increasing

Information published by the Israeli Ministry of Trade and Industry on Tuesday indicated an increase in the volume of Israeli exports to Turkey during the first nine months of 1998 by 10%, adding these exports are estimated at US $217 million.
Israeli Army Radio said that the Turkish minister of trade and industry recently awarded certificates of appreciation to some 12 Turkish companies representing Israeli companies which export commodities to Israel. This increase in the volume of Israeli exports to Turkey falls in the course of the Turkish - Israeli cooperation in the economic and military areas.
