A London-based Arabic daily said on Monday that records of the British Foreign Office for 1967 unveiled a detailed plan to topple the governments in Jordan and Saudi Arabia which was known among Arab and Western officials and diplomats in Riyadh, Baghdad and London by the name of the "Ramadan Plan."
