Iraqi - Kuwaiti talks on missing Kuwaitis postponed

The regional representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Bernard Beverly, who supervises talks between Kuwait and Iraq said on Monday in Kuwait that the meeting scheduled to be held on Monday to discuss the Kuwaitis who have been missing since the Iraqi - Kuwaiti war was postponed for an indefinite period.
The Kuwaiti news agency KUNA quoted Beverly as saying that Iraq told the International Committee of the Red Cross that it will not attend the meeting.
Beverly added that the the International Committee of the Red Cross is trying to learn the reason behind the Iraqi decision not to attend the meeting.
