Morocco determined to go ahead in reforming its judiciary-administrative apparatus

Morocco is determined to go ahead in its reforms of the judiciary and administrative apparatuses to enable them to become efficient tools contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
"The Moroccan government is determined to see to the execution of the pending court's rulings," said Thursday in Rabat a senior Moroccan official at news conference held after the cabinet's weekly meeting, MAP reported.
He also affirmed that the government will spare no efforts to enhance transparency and improve administrative performance to serve the interests of the Moroccan citizens. Over 100,000 courts' rulings are still awaiting their execution by the competent authorities. 70 % of these cases are related to road accidents and industrial injuries, 27 % deal with civil affairs while 3 % are related to personnel statute disputes.
