Palestinian investments total $5 billion

The Palestinian Ministry of Trade and Economy said in a statement today that the current year viewed an increase in the volume of national investment. The manager of the investment department in the ministry said that the value of investment reached more than $5 billion since the establishment of the Palestinian government four years ago and that nearly $3 billion has been invested in the banking and financial sectors.
He urged for the use of profits from these funds to establish projects.
