Yemen-Saudi Arabia, Politics, 12/29/1998
Yemeni Foreign Minister Abdul Qader Bajmal has stressed that Yemen seeks to settle border disputes with Saudi Arabia "amicably." In an interview with BBC radio on Monday, Bajmal did not rule out that Yemen will resort to international arbitration if it is not possible to reach an agreement that is satisfactory for the two sides.
He called for border demarcation between Yemen and Saudi Arabia according to a memorandum of understanding between the two countries.
