Qatar issues pardon on the occasion of Ramadan

Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Friday released a decree pardoning 77 convicted persons on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, Qatar News Agency reported.
