Yemeni president directs strong warning to German tourists' kidnappers

Yemeni security sources said yesterday that President Ali Abdullah Saleh directed a strongly-worded warning to all the tribesmen of Bani Zubian who kidnapped a group of German tourists nearly a week ago and are keeping them in the a place in Maarib province, east of Sanaa.The sources said that president Salah's warning to these tribes laid on Beni Zubian's leaders the responsibility for the immediate release of the four kidnapped German tourists, three women and one man.The sources added that the Yemeni president's warning gave three days for these tribes to end the kidnapping without determining exactly the dates of the period.
