9,520 million dinars is the volume of Tunis' budget

Tunisian Prime Minister Hamed Karoui presented to the deputies' council on Wednesday a budget draft for the coming year which is estimated at 9,520 million Tunisian dinars, up 475 million dinars from this year's budget.
Tunisian sources said yesterday that the budget includes taxes of nearly 5,185 million dinars, gas and petroleum resources, general income and money from the privatization of the public sector totaling 1,000 million dinars in addition to external loans which are estimated at 3,405 million dinars, thus Tunisian resources form 64% of the total budget.
The income from taxes in the new budget are to account for 54.5% in comparison to 52.2% of this year's budget.
