Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa stated that an Egyptian fund for technical cooperation with Palestine will be established like the Egyptian funds for technical cooperation with Africa, and the commonwealth countries, within the continuation of Egyptian efforts to support the Palestinian people.
