Kuwait refuses to receive any Iraqi delegation

The chairman of the Kuwaiti Nation's Council, Ahmed Saedoun, refused to allow any Iraqi official or public delegation or any Arab delegation to travel to Kuwait to discuss the Kuwaiti captives in Iraq.
He also refused allowing any Kuwaiti delegation to travel to Iraq.
After his meeting with Arab League Secretary-General Esmat Abdul Meguid, Saedoun said what Kuwait requests from Iraq are obvious and specific: allow officials from the International Red Cross to take direct procedures according to its requirements, deliver the bodies of those who were killed to the Red Cross, and implement Security Council resolutions.
