Mossad activities sought in London
Israel-UK, Politics, 11/30/1998
British security sources said on Saturday that Israel is making intensive efforts to resume official activities at the office of its intelligence service, the Mossad, in London. The sources, who asked not to be identified, said the Mossad had resumed activity lately, but not officially due to the 1989 closure of its London office following the assassination of prominent Palestinian caricaturist Naji al-Ali. The sources added that this issue was raised during repeated visits paid recently by Israeli security delegations to London.
