British trade delegation heads to Egypt

A large British delegation focused on trade with the Middle East is to arrive at Egypt on Saturday.

The delegation comprises more than 100 British to examine opportunities for trade, investments and mutual works in Egypt.

The delegation is chaired by Sir Paul Niclson, coming within the frame of a campaign to promote investment in Egypt. The promotional campaign began at the beginning this month under the patronage of British minister of trade and industry Peter Mandelson and the Egyptian minister of economy Youssef Butrus Ghali.

Egyptian economic official sources said today that the visit of the British delegation to Cairo lasts for 3 days, in which they will meet with Egyptian businessmen by coordinating with industries union in Egypt and the Egyptian British assembly for businessmen, after that the delegation will travel to Alexandria through one of the new cities.
