A message to Kuwaiti Emir from Blair

Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah received a message on Tuesday from British prime Minister Tony Blair relating to bilateral relations, and current conditions in the region.
The message was delivered by the British ambassador to Kuwait upon meeting with the Emir in Kuwait on Tuesday.
Earlier in the day, Sheikh al-Sabah received Iranian Minister of Trade Muhammad Sharea Madari. Talks dealt with means of strengthening and developing bilateral relations, especially in the area of trade.
