Tunisian higher education minister in Morocco
Tunisia-Morocco, Politics, 11/24/1998

Tunisian Higher Education minister, Dali El Jazi, arrived Monday here for talks with Moroccan officials on ways of boosting partnership between the two countries in academic studies, university management and related sectors.

The exchange of experiences and visits between Moroccan and Tunisian teachers and students as well as the launching of joint research programs and coordination in syllabi elaboration will also be tackled during the talks.

Morocco and Tunisia are members of the Arab Maghreb Union "UMA" that also musters Algeria, Libya and Mauritania. The Union was set up in 1989 to foster economic complementarity between the five Maghreban countries and counter the challenges of other regional groupings.
