Egypt wins African Basketball championships for 3rd time in a row

After bagging the three points of victory over Tunisia 99-67, Egypt totalled 12 points and won the African U-22 Basketball championships for the third time in a row.
Algeria defeated Angola 73-68 to rank second. Cote D'Ivoire came fourth, while Morocco finished 5th.
