Saudi Arabia, South Korea for boosting trade relations

Saudi Minister of Trade Osama Jaafar Faqih on Sunday in Riyadh met with Southern Korea's minister of trade, industry and energy, Pak Tae-yong, currently visiting Saudi Arabia.
The two ministers reviewed economic and trade relations between Saudi Arabia and South Korea, means of boosting them, and means of benefiting from available investment opportunities in the two countries, especially in production sectors.
The volume of trade between Saudi Arabia and South Korea was 27 billion riyals in 1996. South Korea is the third country between the 10 main importers countries from Saudi Arabia. It is the ninth country among the top 10 countries exporting to Saudi Arabia.
