Isesco's executive council meets in Morocco

The executive council of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization "Isesco" opened Thursday in Rabat its 19th session to assess the organization's past achievements and set its future plan for the 2001-2009 period.
During its six-day gathering, the council will hear reports on the Isesco's activities, financial situation, budget and backing to educational and cultural infrastructures in Palestine, Bosnia and other Muslim minorities in the world.
Isesco's cooperation programs with various regional and International organizations as well as assessment of the efforts made by Isesco to promote islamic education, sciences and culture will also be tackled by the council.
