Syrian Premier meets with World Bank official

Syrian Prime Minister Mahmoud al-Zou'bi on Wednesday received the director of the World Bank for Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa Regions, Dr. Mohsin Khalil.
Talks dealt with the works and activities of the international finance establishments in the Middle East. In a later meeting with the Syrian deputy premier for economic affairs, Salim Yassin, Dr. Khalil reviewed possibilities for cooperation between Syria and international financial institutions, especially in the area of financing production projects.
