A communique to Qatar's FM from his Iraqi counterpart

Qatar News Agency reported on Wednesday that Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jaber al-Thani received a communique from his Iraqi counterpart, Muhammad Saeed al-Sahaf, on "bilateral relations between the two sisterly countries and developments in the region."
On November, 12 Doha hosted a meeting of the foreign ministers from the Damascus Declaration Signatory States (the Gulf Cooperation Council member states, Syria and Egypt), which held the Iraqi government responsible for the deterioration in the crisis with the UN.
The Iraqi daily al-Thawra on Wednesday criticized the position proclaimed by the Damascus Declaration FMs.
