Bahrain's FM confers with former French President

Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Muhammad Bin Mubarak al-Khaleifa met on Tuesday in Manama with former French President Valery Giscard D'Estaing, currently visiting Bahrain.
The Manama News Agency said the Bahraini minister stressed during the meeting the solid friendship and cooperation relations between the two countries. He also praised the former French President's contributions to fostering these relations during his term of office.
The two sides reviewed several current regional and international issues. They expressed hope that solutions will be reached to all these unresolved issues to achieve world peace and security.
