Moussa, Arafat review negotiations between Israel and PA

In a telephone conversation made on Sunday night, Egypt Foreign Minister Amr Moussa and Palestinian President Yasser Arafat reviewed developments concerning negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
On Sunday night, Moussa met with Israeli Premier advisor Uzi Arad and discussed with him means of implementing the Wye Plantation agreement.
