A communique from Clinton to prince of Qatar

Prince of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Monday received a communique from US President Bill Clinton.
The Gulf News Agency said the message, delivered through "diplomatic channels," pertains to cooperation relations between the two countries and issues of mutual concern.
