Hariri to visit Iran

Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri will arrive in Tehran today leading a high-ranking Lebanese delegation on a three-day official visit to Iran. During his visit, Hariri will discuss with Iranian officials means of developing bilateral relations and regional and international issues of mutual concern.
During the visit, Hariri will meet with high-ranking Iranian officials headed by President Khatami and former President Ali Akbar Rafsanjani.
A Lebanese source in Cairo said told ArabicNews.com that the issue of the visit was discussed between Lebanese President Elias Hrawi and Hariri.
During the visit, the two sides will discuss agreements signed between the two countries during the visit Hariri made to Iran on October 25, 1997 as well as means of boosting relations between Tehran and Beirut.
