More killing and kidnapping in Algeria

The chairman of al-Onsour district in Algeria's Hajil province was kidnapped along with three persons who were accompanying him while on their way to the capital, Algiers.
The Algerian daily Sawt al-Ahrar reported that one of the escorts was found killed by the Armed Islamic Group after their car was burnt. Meanwhile, the Algerian daily al-Aseel reported on Sunday that security forces killed one armed group member on Friday in al-Shebli municipality.
