Pakistani JK Group establishes factory in Bahrain

Economic sources in Pakistan's embassy in Cairo, announced yesterday evening the intention of the Pakistani JK Group to establish a textiles factory in the Askar area of Bahrain.
The sources told ArabicNews.com that the value of the factory reaches $23 million, and the facility covers 16,000 cubic meters, with a production capacity of 7,240 tons of textiles.
The sources pointed to the participation of Bank Faisel with $2.5 million, and to Bahrain Bank for Industrial Development, which participated with $1.5 million.
