Israeli president concludes visit to Cyprus

Israeli President Ezer Weizman left Cyprus on Wednesday following a three-day official visit. The Cypriot official news agency said that the Cypriot President Glafcos Clerides saw off his Israeli counterpart at Larnaka's airport after he discussed with him during the visit prospects of developing bilateral relations.
The Israeli President did not during the visit make assurances to calm the worried Greek-Cypriot officials over the military cooperation between Israel and Turkey.
