Eritrean President Assyas Afworki is to pay an official visit to Yemen on Wednesday to enhance the most recent positive developments in the relations between the two countries.

Also, Yemen and Eritrea decided to exchange embassies several years after disputes between the two countries over the Hanish Islands, said Yemeni Foreign Minister Abdul Qader Bajmal, who was received by his Egyptian counterpart, Amr Moussa, yesterday.
Moreover Bajmal said the Eritrean president will visit Aden on Wednesday for his first official visit to Yemen in several years, to discuss the Palestinian - Israeli Wye Plantation agreement.
