Moroccan fisheries minister in Lisbon

Morocco's minister in charge of sea fisheries, Thami Khyari, started on Friday a two-day visit to Portugal for talks with Portuguese officials on means of expanding bilateral fisheries cooperation.
Khyari will assess with Portuguese officials the existing cooperation in matters of economy, scientific research, fishery industries and maritime staff training.
Talks will also cover the consolidation of partnership relations between the Moroccan "Office National des Peches" and its Portuguese peer, "Docapesca."
Khyari's visit falls in the context of the annual meetings on fisheries instituted between the two countries.
