French - Qatari maneuvers for combating the marine terrorism

Qatari land forces and French naval forces yesterday conducted training on combating marine terrorism in joint maneuvers.
Qatari military sources said that the training, overseen by Qatari Navy commander Colonel Naser al-Noaimi and French ambassador Bertrand Bozinsofo, included invasion operations and saving hostages.
French Minister of defense Alan Richard visited Doha few days ago and signed with the Qatari chief of staff, Colonel Hamad Ali El-Ataiya, a defense agreement.
