Jordanian - Palestinian agricultural talks

A Jordanian agricultural delegation visiting Gaza signed an agreement with a Palestinian delegation on agricultural cooperation, Petra reported.
Jordanian Minister of Agriculture Hikmat Zeid said that Israeli security measures at crossing points are the main obstacle facing trade and that the Jordanians and Palestinians are attempting to get Israel to stop preventing free trade exchange, the report said.
Secretary-general of the Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture Hashem Shboul said that both the Palestinians and Jordanians need to exchange products, Petra added.
