International committee accuses Israel of violating April Understanding in south Lebanon

The international group for supervising and implementing the "April Understanding" agreement in south Lebanon accused Israel of violating the agreement.
The group condemned the Israeli shelling of civilians' houses in El-Dalaf, Benafoul and Kalab.
The group called for not exposing civilians to danger during military exchanges, and has thanked the international forces working in south Lebanon, UNIFIL, for presenting the necessary facilities for the delegation's members to participate in these meetings.
The international group for supervising the April Understanding comprises the US, France, Syria, Lebanon and Israel.
