Forming Egyptian - Algerian businessmen's council

It was decided to form the first Algerian - Egyptian businessmen's council to increase investment and trade exchange, establish specialized fairs and take part in international fairs, on the basis that the regulative framework for the council be set up in Cairo at the end of December.
Egyptian Minister of Trade and Supply Ahmed Goweili arrived at Cairo in the first visit for an Egyptian economic official to Algeria two years ago, in order to discuss with his Algerian counterpart methods of enhancing trade exchange between the two countries.
Meanwhile, the head of the Egyptian exhibition department, Mohamed El-Saiid Saleh, announced that they will establish a fair for Egyptian commercial and industrial products, and he called for the establishment of an Algerian fair in Egypt, presenting products inside the two countries and taking part in the Cairo fair in March.
