Napleon's compass in Alexandria

The Egyptian - French joint commission for antiquities in Alexandria has found an antiquity discovery on board the "Orient," Napelon's ship during the French campaign in Egypt.
The secretary-general of the High Egyptian Antiquities Council Gab Ali Gaballa said today that the commission chaired by Ibrahim Darwish, the manager of antiquities, has newly discovered 147 golden coins dating to the Napleonic era.
Gaballa said they also found the special compass of Napeleon on the ship, as well as 30 coins made of silver and copper in Abu Kir region.
He added that these discoveries were sent for restoration in Alexandria to be cleaned, polished, and repaired, in order to present them in Alexandria museum.
