Doha, Liberia to develop bilateral relations

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Monday received a message from President of Liberia Charles Taylor, relating to bilateral relations between the two countries.
The message was handed over to Qatar's minister of state for foreign affairs Ahmad Bin Abdullah al-Mahmoud during his meeting with the envoy of the Liberian president, Salami Muhammad.
