Saudi efforts to purify atmospheres between Amman and Damascus

The Jordanian daily al Doustour said yesterdar that high ranking Arab sources said that the Saudi efforts to eliminate tension between Syria and Turkey had also an additional Saudi effort to rectify the atmospheres between Amman and Damascus.

The paper quoted these sources as asserting that purifying the atmosphere between Jordan and Syria are but tasks that the Saudi side will make shortly through political contacts to be carried out by the Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz.

The paper continued that its sources did not rule out that the Saudi foreign minister will hold a tour on several Arab capitals in order to open the bilateral channels. The paper added that Damascus had received Saudi and Egyptian recommendations to stop opening media war fronts with Arab capitals at the meantime, especially as the Turkish pressure and the requirements imposed by Turkey are the most important and persisting.
